摘要 为发挥轨道交通在解决"大城市病"和建设北京生态城市中的重要作用,探索研究基于轨道交通的生态城市建设发展路径和实施策略。在分析北京市轨道交通支撑生态城市建设现状的基础上,提出从规划、技术、制度、人文层面构建基于轨道交通的北京生态城市发展思路,以及发挥轨道交通经济大动脉作用,创新城市配送新模式,提升网络智能化水平,助力实体经济转型发展,打造精神、物质及文化交流新生态等北京生态城市发展路径。提出构建以轨道交通为核心的生态物流系统、发展新型货物集配模式、构建基于轨道交通的人工智能物联网、打造体验式消费平台等北京生态城市实施策略,为北京生态城市建设提供支持。 This paper explored the development path and implementation strategies for ecological city construction based on rail transit to give full play to the important role of rail transit in solving metropolitan"disease"and the ecological construction of Beijing.By analyzing the status quo of Beijing rail transit in supporting ecological city construction,this study proposed development ideas for the ecological construction of Beijing based on rail transit from the aspects of planning,technology,system,and humanity.On the one hand,development paths were put forward for the ecological construction of Beijing,including giving play to the role of the rail transit economy,innovating new urban distribution models,improving network intelligence,helping transform and develop the real economy,and building new ecosystems in spiritual,material,and cultural exchanges.On the other hand,implementation strategies for ecological Beijing were also presented in this paper,such as the construction of an ecological logistics system with rail transit at the core,the development of a new collaborative distribution model for freight,the construction of rail transit-based artificial intelligence Internet of Things,and the creation of an experiential consumption platform,providing support for the ecological construction of Beijing.
