摘要
某型无人直升机机身左右两侧的组合外挂体由挂梁、挂架、导发架和导弹四部分组成。采用CFD计算方法对组合外挂体的气动特性进行了数值计算,计算状态包括不同的导弹发射安装角和机身侧滑角以及无挂载状态,计算过程中考虑了机身、主桨毂、尾梁和平垂尾等部件的气动干扰。结果表明导弹对组合外挂体气动特性的影响很大,组合外挂体的升力、俯仰和滚转力矩随导弹发射安装角的改变呈线性变化趋势;无人直升机转弯飞行或遇到侧风以及挂载导弹时,组合外挂体对无人直升机的气动特性影响更大。研究结果可为无人直升机选择合适的武器外挂形式与安装角以及估算外挂组合体的气动特性提供有用的参考。
The combined external store on the both sides of the unmanned helicopter fuselage is com- posed of four parts: hanger, pylon, launcher and missile. The aerodynamic characteristics of combined external store was numerically calculated by CFD method, the calculation states including different mis- sile launch installation angles, fuselage side slip angles and no mounted status, the aerodynamic interfer- ence of fuselage, mail hub, tail beam, vertical tail and other components was considered during the cal- culation process. The results show that the missile has great irnquences on the aerodynamic characteristics of combined external store, while the lift, pitch moment and roll torque of combined external store on va- ry linearly with the missile launch installation angles, and when the unmanned helicopter turning flight or encounter crosswind or loading missiles, the combined external store has a greater impact on the aerody- namic characteristics of unmanned helicopter. The results could provide some reference for the choice of the external store form and installation angle of unmanned helicopter weapons as well as to estimate the aerodynamic characteristics of combined external store.
