摘要
使用Q345和Q420两种低合金高强度结构钢材料设计了三款风力机塔筒,对材料用量、成本及加工工艺进行了对比分析,研究使用高强度钢板降低风力机塔筒成本的可行性。通过研究确认,当风力机塔筒受极限载荷影响时,整体或部分筒节由Q345钢板更换为更高强度的Q420钢板,不会增大塔筒的制造难度,而且可以降低成本。
Two types of high strength low alloy structural steel materials Q345 and Q420 were used to design three wind power towers. A comparative analysis of material usage, cost, and processing techniques was conducted to investigate the feasibility of using high strength steel plate to reduce the cost of wind power tower. Through examination, it is confirmed that when the wind power tower is affected by the ultimate load, for the whole tower tube or part of the tower tube, it is better to replace Q345 steel plate by Q420 steel plate with higher strength, which will not increase the difficulty for manufacturing of the tower tube but the cost can be cut.
