摘要
采用中碳、Nb+V+Ti微合金化等成分设计和正火轧制工艺,南钢成功开发了16、40 mm厚度规格高强度低温韧性结构S420NL钢板。试验结果表明,钢板力学性能优异,满足-50℃低温冲击性能要求,同时钢板经正火热处理后强度有所下降,但仍能够满足EN 10025—3标准要求。40 mm厚度钢板金相组织为细小的铁素体+珠光体组织,钢板在热输入量为35 kJ/cm条件下进行焊接试验,焊接接头具有优异的综合性能。
By adopting medium carbon,Nb+V+Ti microalloying and normalizing rolling process,NISCO has successfully developed S420NL structure steel plate with high strength and low temperature toughness with thickness of 16 and 40 mm.The test results show that the steel plate has excellent mechanical properties and meets the requirements of low temperature impact performance at-50℃.At the same time,the strength of the steel plate is reduced after normalizing heat treatment,but it can still meet the requirements of EN 10025—3 standard.The microstructure of 40 mm steel plate is fine ferrite&pearlite structure.The welding test of steel plate is carried out under the condition of heat input of 35 kJ/cm.The welded joint has excellent comprehensive properties.
