基于实测试验数据的水轮发电机调速器动态参数抗差分步辨识研究 被引量:9

摘要 经验表明,主导发电机的不当调速器参数设置可能引发严重的小电网频率稳定事故,甚至造成电网崩溃,因此辨识调整发电机调速器参数对电网监控具有重要意义。该文提出一种基于实测试验数据的发电机调速器参数抗差分步辨识方法。针对调速系统参数,通过轨迹灵敏度和指标灵敏度,将参数分为主导参数和非主导参数,进而通过主导参数/非主导参数分步辨识。针对现场试验数据可能存在噪声毛刺偏差等问题,采用Huber估计与指数型函数相结合的抗差目标函数,实现参数的抗差辨识。最后通过仿真算例以及实测试验数据验证方法的合理性。 It is well-known that the improper setting of the dominate generator governor's parameters can lead to serious frequency stability problems in a small grid and even cause collapse the grid. Therefore, it is significant to identify and adjust the governor parameters for the power grid monitoring. This paper proposed a two-step method of robust parameter identification for generator governor's parameters based on measured test data. First, through the trajectory sensitivity and the index sensitivity, the governor's parameters were divided into the dominate parameters and the non-dominant parameters, and then, the dominant and non-dominant parameters were identified step by step. Furthermore, to reduce the impact of the noise, glitches, deviations which the test data may contain, the Huber estimation combined with exponential function was used as the target function to realize the robust parameter identification. Finally, the rationality of the method was validated by the result with simulation data and the test data.
