摘要
结合云南电网异步联网后出现超低频振荡现象,提出了抑制超低频振荡的储能控制策略。首先,基于Prony算法建立了振荡程度评价指标,应用于超低频振荡的分析与抑制。接着,提出了储能参与超低频振荡抑制的控制方式,使储能动态响应系统频率偏差变化,为系统频率振荡提供正向阻尼。然后,考虑超低频振荡抑制效果和减小储能容量需求,建立了储能控制参数优化模型,以提高储能参与超低频振荡抑制的技术经济性。最后,基于云南电网数据进行算例分析,其仿真结果验证了所提方法的有效性。
Considering the ultra-low frequency oscillation(ULFO) phenomenon in an asynchronous interconnection mode in Yunnan Power Grid, a control strategy of the energy storage system(ESS) is proposed to participate in ULFO suppression. Firstly, an oscillation evaluation index based on Prony algorithm is established and used for ULFO analysis and suppression. Then, a control scheme of ESS is presented to suppress ULFO, which enables ESS to respond to the system frequency deviation dynamically, providing positive damping when the system frequency oscillation occurs. Next, in light of ULFO suppression effect and reducing ESS capacity demand, an optimization model is proposed to determine ESS control parameters for improving technical and economic performance of the ULFO suppression. Finally, case studies with the data from Yunnan Power Grid are undertaken to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
