摘要
民国时期,由于西康地区国际国内形势的变化,肇自清代末期的西康建省思想步入实践层面。1925年,北京政府设立西康特别行政区。1939年1月,南京国民政府正式批准西康建省,开启西康省作为国家行省级别的建设。特别是为改变西康省交通设施落后以及和内地交通不便的现状,西康开始大规模的近代化交通规划和变革,强化西康省作为抗战大后方的地位和作用,使西康的交通逐步向近代转型。
In the period of the Republic of China, due to the changes of the international and domestic situation,the construction of Xikang Province stepped into the practical stage in the late Qing dynasty. In 1925, the Bei-jing Government established the Xikang Special Administrative Region. In January 1939, the Nanking NationalGovernment formally approved the construction of Xikang Province. In order to change the backward state of Xi-kang's transport facilities and the poor transportation, Xikang started to modernize transportation planning andinnovation, and strengthen the position and role of Xikang as the home front of the anti-Japanese War, which re-sulted in the gradual modernization of Xikang's transportation.
