摘要 目的研究三维激光扫描及3D打印技术在鼻缺损修复手术中的临床应用价值。方法选取2015年12月-2017年12月于徐州医科大学附属医院整形外科行额部扩张皮瓣鼻缺损修复术患者6例,6例患者均为成年男性,其中5例鼻缺损为外伤所致,1例为先天性鼻缺损。利用手持三维激光扫描仪采集患者术前与术后鼻部三维图像,利用计算机软件行立体显示,在鼻部及鼻周面部选取采集点,进行外鼻指标测量。将数据导入计算机后打印出预期鼻部模型,用于指导鼻缺损修复手术,并在术后再次测量,评价手术效果。结果利用三维激光扫描及3D打印技术指导鼻缺损修复手术,术后皮瓣均成活。鼻部形态于手术前、后差异无统计学意义,外形良好,术后效果满意。结论应用三维激光扫描能精确完成对外鼻相关数据的采集,并可以利用3D打印技术打印出可视化模型,为鼻缺损修复术过程提供术前规划和术中指导,尤其是为皮瓣选择提供形态参考,提升手术效果。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of three - dimensional laser scanning and 3D printing in the repair of nasal defect. Methods A total of 6 patients who needed to repair nasal defects with the expanded forehead flap in our department from December 2015 to December 2017 were included. All patients were adult male, where 5 cases were caused by trauma, while the other was due to congenital nasal defect. Three dimensional laser scanner was used to collect nasal 3 D images before and after operation. Stereoscopic display was performed by computer software, and the col- lected points were selected in the nose and face to measure the data of the external nose. The nasal model was printed out after introduction of the data into the computer and used to guide the repair of nasal defects. Measurement was performed again after operation to evaluate surgical efficacy. Results All the flaps survived. There were no significant differences as to nasal morphology before and after operation. Conclusions Three dimensional laser scanning can accurately collect related nasal data, and print the visual model with 3D printing technology. It provides preoperative planning and intraop- erative guidance for nasal defect repair, especially reference for skin flap selection and improving operation results.
