摘要
发达城区推进个性化教育要求教师具有个性化教育素质,个性化教育素质主要包括教师对个性化教育的必备信念和实施个性化教育的关键能力。在提升教师的个性化教育素质、指导教师实施个别化教学的过程中,上海静安区教育学院充分发挥自身功能,以行动研究探索了提升教师个性化教育素质的相关路径,即指向境界有效提升的动机激发、指向任务驱动的载体搭建和指向示范辐射合作提升的保障激励。
The promotion of individualized education in developed urban areas requires teachers to have the quality of individualized education. The quality of individualized education mainly includes the essential belief of teachers to individualized education and the key ability to implement individualized education. In the process of improving teachers" quality of individualized education and guiding teachers to carry out individualized teaching, district and county education colleges play their own functions, and explore the relevant ways to improve the quality of individualized education by action research, that is to stimulate the motivation of the effective promotion of the realm, and the construction and demonstration of thedriven carrier, and the protection of the promotion of radiation cooperation.
