个性化教育是时代进步和教育事业发展的客观要求,是现代教育所倡导的重要教育理念和原则。个性化教育对提高一个国家的国际竞争力存在深远影响。广大的教育工作者只有充分理解了个性化教育的内涵,找到个性化教育切实可行的实施途径,才能将个性化教育落到实处。
：As the objective request of the progress of the times and the education development, per- sonalized education is an important education concept and principle advocated by modern education. Since individualized education may exert profound influences on improving a nation＇s international competitive- ness, the educators should sufficiently apply the theory of personalized education into practice by fully un- derstanding the connotation of individual education and finding a practical way.
