摘要
教研是基础教育工作的重要组成部分,是解决教学中的疑难困惑、促进教师专业发展的关键途径。针对教研活动"碎片化"问题,面向教师专业发展这一核心需求,中学物理分层联动教研基于教师专业发展阶段的相关理论,对教研活动主体进行分层,整合五类教研活动,并通过加强两者的联动,营造教师专业发展的共同体。
Teaching-research is an important part way to solve the puzzling and difficulties in teaching of the work for the K-12 education. It is the key and to facilitate the professional development of teachers. In order to solve the "fragmentation" problem in teaching-research and suiting the needs of professional development, the hierarchical linkage model for secondary school physics teaching-research was proposed. Based on the theories of teacher professional development, the hierarchical linkage model stratifies core subjects of teaching-research and then integrate the forms of teaching-research activities. Through constructing the linkage of subjects and forms of activities, the hierarchical linkage model made an initial exploration of a community for professional development of teachers.
