摘要
高职院校在发现教学问题和改进教学活动方面最有效的方式就是教学诊改。目前高职院校在教学督导体系完整性、学生诊断科学性、评价模式针对性、教学评价持续性以及全过程信息管理系统方面存在问题,文章在PDCA管理理论和高职院校教学诊断改进思路的基础上,将PDCA管理理论中的"Plan""Do""Check""Action"4方面与教学诊断相融合,并针对上述问题提出了改进措施,以期对解决高职院校教学诊断问题、提高教学质量、培养合格人才提供借鉴。
Teaching diagnosis and reform is one of the most effective ways for higher vocational colleges to find teaching problems and improve teaching activities. Currently, problems like the integrity of teaching supervision system, the scientificity of students diagnosis, the pertinence of evaluation model, the persistence ofteaching evaluation and the whole process information management system are still lying in higher vocationalcolleges. Based on the PDCA management theory and the thinking of teaching diagnosis and improvement, thisarticle combines with four aspects of the theory namely"Plan","Do","Check","Action"and the teaching di-agnosis. And the author put forward some measures for above problems in order to solve the problems of teaching diagnosis, improve the teaching quality and train qualified personnel in higher vocational colleges and uni-versities. It can be used for reference.
