摘要
目的:基于NoSQL文档型数据库MongoDB搭建了电子病历质量监控系统,并通过自动审查功能,使病历质控的效率,质量及覆盖范围得到提升,质控人员的工作量得到有效减轻。方法:定时从EMR系统中爬取电子病历相关数据导入到NoSQL文档型数据库MongoDB中,开发自动检查模块定时对MongoDB中的数据进行检查。前端基于B/S架构使用Java EE标准技术搭建Web检索系统,质控人员可浏览电子病历及检查结果并录入检查意见及打分。结果:对电子病历的一些基本检查要求做到自动检查,避免了质控人员的重复机械人工检查,有效地提升了病历质控的效率和质量,减轻了质控人员的工作量。结论:MongoDB非常适合用于搭建病历质量监控系统,不但能有效减轻质控人员工作量,还能提高电子病历质量的整体检查准确率,更好地促进医疗质量的改进。并且与传统关系型数据库架构相比,使用NoSQL文档型数据库MongoDB减少了构建成本,并增强了系统的可扩展性。
Objective: Based on the NoSQL document database MongoDB, we build a medical record quality control system.Through the function of automatic examination, the coverage, efficiency and quality of control of medical records are improved, the workload of the quality control personnel is effectively reduced. Methods: The electronic medical records were collected from EMR system, and the relevant data of electronic medical records were crawled in time to the NoSQL document database MongoDB, and the automatic review module was developed to check the data in MongoDB. Based on the B/S framework, the front end uses Java EE standard technology to build Web retrieval system, the quality control personnel can browse the electronic medical records and check the results, and enter the inspection opinions and scoring. Results: Through the use of the system to achieve automatic review of electronic medical records, to avoid duplication of quality control personnel review, effectively improve the quality and efficiency of medical records quality control, reducing the workload of quality control personnel. Conclusion: MongoDB is very suitable for the building of medical quality monitoring system, not only can effectively reduce the workload of quality control personnel, but also improve the accuracy of the overall inspection of electronic medical record quality, to better promote the improvement of medical quality. Compared with the traditional relational database architecture, the use of NoSQL document database MongoDB reduces the cost of construction and enhances the scalability of the system.
