摘要
医院在我国医疗体制深化改革的背景下迎来了新的发展机遇和挑战,同时也面临着更为严峻的新问题,医院病案管理的痛点和难点也更为明显,如何利用信息化技术提升现代医院病案管理效率和管理水平是亟待思考和解决的问题.本研究对新形势下医院病案的数字化转型提出了可行的解决方案,并总结了应用实践的效果.
Under the background of deepening the reform of China’s medical system,hospitals are facing new development opportunities and challenges as well as new severe situation.The difficulty of managing medical record in hospitals is gradually increasing.Meanwhile,various other pain points and problems are more obvious.How to use information technology to improve the efficiency of managing medical record in modern hospitals and improvingmanagement ability is an urgent problem to be considered and solved.This paper proposes feasible solutions to the digital transformation of medical record under current new situation,and describes practical effect of the solutions.
