电子病历是医院信息体系的重要组成部分,依据它自身的特点,西南医院提出并建立了一个基于医院信息网络的电子病历质量控制体系,在实践中发挥了很好的作用。本文从设计思路、软件系统开发和实施应用情况等多个方面,对这一新型质控形式进行了全面的介绍,并探讨了下一阶段的电子病历质控发展趋势。
Computer-based patient records are an important component of the hospital information system, In Southwest Hospital, a quality control system of computer-based patient records was built on the hospital information system, which performed well in practice. We introduced the design, software development and implementation of this new form of quality control system, and the developmental trend of quality control of computer-based patient records.
