摘要
新形势下高校学生的思想和行为不断发生着变化,学生管理工作也存在一些不相适应的问题,通过树立以学生为中心的管理理念、实行辅导员与专业导师相结合、创新学生工作机制、完善综合测评方法以及与思想政治工作相结合等对策和措施,改进学生管理工作,提高工作效能以完成预定目标。
Under the new form, the thought and behavior of the college students have been changing constantly, and there are some unsuitable problems in the management of the students.
