抗菌肽CC31对羔羊屠宰性能及免疫器官发育的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究抗菌肽CC31对羔羊屠宰性能及免疫器官发育的影响,试验选择7日龄公羔48只,根据体重相近原则平均分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复4只。对照组饲喂基础日粮;抗生素组饲喂基础日粮+300 mg/kg黄霉素;三倍体组饲喂基础日粮+300 mg/kg生物发酵抗菌肽CC31;单倍体组饲喂基础日粮+300 mg/kg化学合成抗菌肽CC31。试验全期饲喂代乳粉,自由采食开食料。预试期7 d,正试期28 d。测定各组羔羊屠宰性能及免疫器官发育情况。结果表明:42日龄各组间宰前活重、胴体重、屠宰率均无显著差异(P〉0.05);21,28日龄三倍体组、单倍体组肝脏指数显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);在试验全期三倍体组与单倍体组的脾脏指数无显著差异(P〉0.05)。说明日粮中添加抗菌肽CC31对羔羊屠宰性能无显著影响,对于免疫器官的发育有促进作用。 In order to study the effect of antimicrobial peptide CC31 on the immune organ development and slaughter performance of lambs, a to-tal of 48 7-day-old male lambs were randomly divided into 4 groups (3 replicates each group and 4 lambs each replicate). The control group was fed with basal diet, and the antibiotic group was fed with basal diet + 300 mg / kg of flavomycin. The triploid group was fed with basal diet + 300 mg / kg bio-fermented antimicrobial peptide CC31 and the haploid group was fed with basal diet +300 mg / kg chemically synthesized antimicrobial peptide CC31. Feeding with milk powder during the whole test period ad libitum. Pre-feeding period was 7 days, and the trial pe-riod was 28 days. The visceral organ development and slaughter performance of each group were determined. The results showed that there was no significant difference in slaughter weight, carcass weight and slaughter rate between the groups at the age of 42 days (P〉 0. 05). The liver index of triploid group and haploid group were significantly higher than that of control group at 21 and 28 days old (P 〈0. 05). There was no significant difference of the spleen index between the triploid group and haploid group during the whole test period (P〉0.05). The results indi-cate that dietary supplementation of antimicrobial peptide CC31 had no effect on the lamb slaughter performance but had a positive effect on the development of immune organs.
