摘要
以丙烯酸甲酯(MA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和丙烯酸(AA)为单体,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)和十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为乳化剂,过硫酸钾(KSP)为引发剂,采用预乳化和半连续种子乳液聚合工艺,合成纯丙乳液。测定了乳液的粘度、粒径大小及其分布等;测定了乳液成膜后的各种性能,结果表明氧化淀粉用量为1.9%时,改性乳液和膜的综合性能较好。
The acrylic acid emulsion was synthesized from melamine resin(MA), butylacrylate(BA), methyl methacrylate(MMA) and acrylic acid(AA) as monomers, octylphenol polyethoxylate(OP-10) and sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) as emulsifiers, and potassium persulfate(KSP) as initiator by pre-emulsification technology and semi-continuous seeded emulsion polymerization. The viscosity, the particle sizes and distribution of emulsion were determined and the properties of the films were measured. The results showed that the modified emulsion and films had excellent properties when the amount of oxidized starch was 1.9 %.
