摘要
通过乳液聚合的方法,在丁苯乳液粒子的外层接上丙烯酸酯单体。丁苯与丙烯酸酯的比例为6/4时,调节丙烯酸酯软硬单体的比例,将其共聚物的玻璃化温度控制在15℃左右,加入3%的N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺和3%的丙烯酸参与共聚,所得乳液涂层强度高,柔软而无粘连性且光泽好。在乳液里加入1%的交联剂A,可以使涂层的耐碱保留率达到89 2%。
Acrylate monomers were grafted at the outfield of butadiene-styrene polymer by polymerizing in emulsion. When the mass ratio of butadiene-styrene to acrylate was 6/4,the glass transition temperature(Tg) of acrylate polymer was adjusted to be 15℃,and 3% N-hydroxymethylacrylamide and 3% acrylic acid copolymerized with the said reactant, the coating of this emulsion had high strength, soft, high blocking resistance and good gloss.The alkali-resistance keeping rate would be 89.2% when the dosage of crosslink A was 1%.
