用阴离子淀粉制作白湿皮的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文叙述了阴离子淀粉与铝明矾或甲醛结合耗制做白湿皮的研究,结果表明,阴离子淀粉虽然没有显著的鞋制作用,但与铝明矾或甲醛结合获,可以加工成较满意的白湿皮。当阴离子淀粉1%,铝明矾分别为2.5%,5%,10%时,白湿皮Ts各达71.5℃,74C,76.5℃。用阴离子淀粉和甲醛结合效制:液比1.0,常温,pH8.0,阴离子淀粉1%,甲醛溶液0.5%,时间2~3小时,白湿皮Ts达81.5℃,粒面洁白,细致,身骨丰满,采用少铬准制,可节约红矾50%。制成的成革理化指标,除含铬量稍低外,其他指标均达到部颁指标要求。成革丰满,柔软而有弹性。 This paper focus on the study on anionic starch-aluminium as well as anionic starchformaldehyde combination tannage to manufacture wet-white leather. The consequence shows that satisfactory wet-white leather can be resulted if combination tannage is applied,in spite of the weak tanning action of anionic starch. When 1% anioniC starch is emoployed tab gether with 2. 5%, 5%,and 10% alum respectively,the shrinking temperature(Ts) of wet white leather can reach 71. 5℃, 74℃ and 76. 5℃ respectively. In the combined tanning with anionic starch and formalde hyde,the float is 100%,temperature ordinary and pH value 8. 0,the amount of anionic starch is 1 % diluted for maun 0. 5%,in 2 to 3 hours. The Ts can reach 81. 5℃, whats more,fiou wet -white 1bather with white and fine grain is resulted. And if less chrome tannage is applied,the consumption of bichromate can be reduced by 50%, and on the phySical and chemical properties reach the standardhations of leather products except that the chrome content is a little lower,and the leather is soft and springy.
