摘要 目的:建立左归饮质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对左归饮中的枸杞子进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定左归饮中毛蕊花糖苷、马钱苷以及甘草苷的含量。结果:枸杞子薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离效果良好,阴性样品无干扰;毛蕊花糖苷、马钱苷和甘草苷分别在0.2~20.0μg(R^2=0.999 6)、0.2~20.0μg(R^2=0.999 9)、0.2~20.0μg(R^2=0.999 5)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为100.91%、98.58%和100.06%,RSD分别为2.05%,1.34%和2.01%。结论:所建立的定性定量方法科学、简单、快速、准确度高,可用于左归饮的质量控制。 Objective: To establishthe quality standard for Zuogui yin. Methods: Thin layer chromatography(TLC) was used for qualitative identification of Lycium chinense. High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was used to determine the contents of acteoside,logamin and liquirtin. Results: Lycium chinense could be indentified qualitatively by the TLC with chear spots and without interference in negative control. It was shown that the acteoside,logamin and liquirtin had a good linear relationship in the measurement range of 0. 2-20. 0 μg(R-2= 0. 999 6),0. 2-20. 0 μg(R-2= 0. 999 9),0. 2-20. 0 μg(R-2= 0. 999 5). The average recoveries were 100. 91%,98. 58% and 100. 06%,RSD were 2. 05%,1. 34% and 2. 01% respectively. Conclusion: The established qualitative and quantitative methods are scientific,simple,efficient,accurate,which can be a standard for the quality control of Zuoguiyin.
