摘要
[目的]:建立脑宁胶囊的质量控制标准。[方法]:采用TLC法对制剂的赤芍进行鉴别,采用HPLC法以芍药苷为指标性成分,对其进行含量测定。[结果]:TLC法鉴别赤芍斑点分离效果较好,无阴性干扰。每粒胶囊的芍药苷含量不低于8.22mg/粒。[结论]:该方法专属性强、重现性好,可用于脑宁胶囊制剂的质量控制。
[Objective]:To establish the quality control standard in Naoning capsule.[Methods]:TLC was used for identification of Red peony root in the Preparation,the content of paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC and Using paeoniflorin as index component.[Results]:The separation effect of red peony spots was better by TLC,and there was no negative interference.The content of paeoniflorin in each capsule was not lower than that in 8.22 mg/granules.[Conclusion]:The method is specific and reproducible,and it can be used for the quality control of Naoning capsule.
