摘要
特色小镇概念自提出以来,全国及各省市相继发布相关政策和培育计划,在全国范围内形成了创建特色小镇、争取试点入围的热潮,但关于特色小镇产业特色如何创建的讨论也越发广泛。本文意在通过对于国家第一、第二两次特色小镇试点的整体概览,以江苏省为案例样本,结合其国家两次和省级试点名单的分析、总结与提炼,探索特色小镇在产业特色方面的创建思路和具体步骤,为其他特色小镇的创建工作提供借鉴。
Since the concept of the characteristic town was proposed, the national and provincial cities have issued related policies and cultivation plans, forming a characteristics town in the national scope, to strive for pilot projects, but the discussion on the characteristics of the characteristics town has become more and more extensive. This paper is intended to use Jiangsu as a sample of the overall overview of the first and second characteristic town pilot, combined with the national and provincial pilot list analysis, summary and refining, explores the characteristic town in the industrial characteristics of the creation of ideas and steps for the creation of other small towns to provide reference.
