摘要
低层高密度住宅在我国土地资源紧张的国情下,对房地产开发具有很实际的参考价值。本文以作者的实践经验为基础,对低层高密度住宅的设计进行了探讨。
Under the condition of domestic lack of landresources, low-rise high density dwelling house is of practicalvalue for reference in real estate development. Based on prac-tical experiences, the author makes a discussion about thedesign for this kind of dwelling house.
