摘要
借鉴国外先进经验 ,结合国内现阶段实践 ,探讨低层高密度住宅的发展方向 ,研究传统居住模式的延续和再生 ,寻求低层高密度联排住宅的“人性化”设计所带来的居住的亲切舒适性、社区的认同感和聚居力、良好的邻里关系和自然宜人的空间尺度。从叶集经济技术开发区万花园小区规划设计入手 ,努力创造出尺度宜人。
This article drawing on the foreign advance theories and according to the practical experiences of Chinese, making a discussion about the forward of development for Low-rise high density dwelling house, It research the continue and revive of the traditional residential model, look for residence in row of low-rise high density dwelling house brings the suitable residence the good neighborhood and natural suitable space scale the identity of social area. The author does his best to create the suitable scale and more levels-beautiful environment-social activities scale from the design of Wan Hua Yuan xiao Qu of Yeji economy- technology develop area.
