摘要
随着中国城市发展带来的巨大压力,住宅建筑的高密度化已经成为一个重要问题和今后建设的趋势。当前的高密度住宅,主要分为低层高密度住宅和高层高密度住宅两类。相比高层高密度住宅,低层高密度住宅面向的使用者具有较好的经济条件,为可持续设计提供了可发挥的空间。该文通过调研西安地区的低层高密度住宅,在了解其现实使用情况的基础上,探讨与此类建筑相适宜的低成本可持续性设计问题,并对低层高密度住宅的居住模式提出了一些自己的建议,希望能为今后的研究提供相关的支持。
The high pressure from Chinese urban development has made high density houses research an important subject and constructive trend in the following years.High density houses are mainly divided into low-rise high density houses and high-rise high density houses.Comparing to the high-rise high density houses,the low-rise high density houses provide more spaces for related sustainable design strategy for its users usually having better economic conditions.Based on preliminary investigation of the low-rise high density houses in Xi＇an,this paper investigated the current situations of such buildings and discussed it from affordable sustainability perspectives,hoping to provide related supporting for the following researches.
