摘要
立足于推动企业改革发展,信息公开工作是国企改革的突破口。国有企业自身特点也决定了国有企业必须主动公开相关信息,接受社会监督。虽然近年来我国国有企业信息公开水平有所提高,但仍存在完善空间,迫切需要建立适合中国国情的国有企业信息披露制度。文章从对公众公开信息的角度来分析我国国有企业信息披露的现状,指出存在的问题和解决的路径,着力为我国国有企业信息公开披露制度的健全提供参考。
Based on the promotion of enterprise reform and development, information disclosure is a breakthrough in the reform of state-owned enterprises. The characteristics of the state-owned enterprises also determine that they should take the initiative to disclose relevant information and accept social supervision. Although in recent years, China＇s state-owned enterprise information disclosure level has improved, there is still room for improvement. There is an urgent need to establish a national information disclosure system suitable for China＇s national conditions. This paper analyzes the present situation of enterprise information disclosure in China from the perspective of information to the public, points out the existing problems and solutions, so as to provide references for the perfection of information disclosure system of state-owned enterprises in china
