摘要
针对现有的人工打磨工序中存在的问题,如人工打磨效率不高、打磨成本巨大、灰尘、铁屑和废旧砂轮处理困难、桥体表面质量不统一等,设计了一套自动打磨系统,将机器人运用在铸件自动化打磨系统中,能代替打磨工人在恶劣环境中的工作,对提高生产效率、改善铸件表面质量、降低劳动成本具有显著效果。
Aiming at the problems in the existing manual grinding process, including low efficiency,large grinding cost, difficult handling of dust iron scraps scrap wheel, and un-uniform surface quality of the bridge, a set of automatic grinding system has been designed. The robot has been adopted in automatic casting grinding systems, which can replace the work of grinding workers in harsh environments. It has a significant effect on improving production efficiency the surface quality of castings as well as reducing the labor costs.
