摘要
针对高速动车组转向架构架焊接过程中焊缝打磨的问题,借助先进的智能制造技术,研究针对不同焊缝形式、不同产品结构形式的智能焊缝打磨技术。设计一套智能打磨系统,该系统通过视觉检测系统可将实物外形状态与控制系统模型进行实时比较计算,规划打磨路径及切削进给参数,实现对高速动车组转向架构架各类焊缝打磨,以达到提高生产效率、提升产品质量、降低人工劳动强度的目的。
In view of the problem of weht grinding in the welding proeess of high speed EMU bogie frame,intelligent welding technology for different types of welds is studied with advanced intelligent manufacturing technology. The system can compare the physical appearance with the control system ,nodcl in real time through the visual inspection system ,and plan the grinding path and the cutting feed parameters, Through the design of intelligent grinding system to achieve high-speed EMU bogie frame of various types of weld grinding,in order In achieve the goal of improving production efficiency,enhaneing product quality and reducing labor intensity.
