摘要
通过收集2009—2013、2015—2016年福建某应用型高校共29625名大学新生的人口统计学资料,并对其团体施测症状自评量表(SCL-90),来探讨出生顺序对大学生心理健康的影响,结果发现:不同出生顺序的大学新生除敌对和偏执因子外的8个因子分、总均分和总分均差异显著;在差异显著的因子中,独生子女分数最低,而中间子女在多数因子上均分最高,也就是说独生子女最健康,中间子女较差;在筛选阳性人群的差异显著的因子上,幼子女得分均显著低于其他排行的子女,这就意味着幼子女的心理健康水平最高。因此,学校应建立健全大学生心理健康教育工作体系,明确心理普测的必要性,建立心理档案;对于多子女家庭,父母应较多关注长子女和中间子女的心理健康状况;家庭和学校应联合起来做好大学新生从被父母照顾到独立生活学习的过渡和衔接工作,共同促进大学新生的心灵成长。
This study explored the influence of birth order on college students ’ mental health through collecting demographic data from a total of 29625 freshmen in a university in Fujian Province from2009 to 2013,and 2015 to 2016. And the Symptom Checklist 90( SCL-90) was applied to explore the influence of birth order on college students’ mental health. The results showed that the total mean score and total score of freshmen with different birth order were significantly different among the eight factors except hostile and paranoid factor scores. Among the factors with significant difference,the only child had the lowest scores,while the middle child had the highest scores on most factors. In other words,the only child is the healthiest,the middle child may be less healthy mentally. The scores of the young children were significantly lower than those of the other children,which meant that the youngest child had the highest level of mental health on the factors with significant differences found in positive population.Therefore,the school should establish and perfect the work system of psychological health education forcollege students,making clear the necessity of psychological general test,and establishing psychological archives. For families with multiple children,parents should pay more attention to the mental health of eldest children and middle children. Families and schools should work together to make the transition and cohesion of college freshmen from being taken care of by their parents to learning to live independently,and jointly promote the spiritual growth of college freshmen.
