出生顺序对大学新生心理健康状况的影响研究

摘要 目的:分析和比较不同出生顺序大学新生的心理健康状态。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)调查广西某高校大学新生心理健康状况。结果:不同出生顺序的大学新生在人际关系敏感、焦虑、恐怖、偏执以及其他5个因子上的得分存在显著差异(P<0.05)。独生子女在人际关系敏感、焦虑、恐怖、其他4个因子上得分最低,在偏执因子上得分最高;中间子女在人际关系敏感、焦虑、恐怖、其他4个因子的得分最高,偏执因子得分最低。长子女和中间子女在恐怖因子的得分显著高于独生子女。结论:不同的出生顺序大学新生心理健康状况存在差异,家庭和学校应针对不同群体大学生的心理差异进行心理干预和指导。 objective:to analyze and compare the mental health status of freshmen with different birth order.Methods:using symptom self-rating scale(SCL-90)to investigate the mental health of college freshmen in guangxi.Results:there were significant differences in scores of interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,fear,paranoia and other 5 dimensions among college freshmen with different birth orders(P<0.05).Only children scored the lowest on interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,terror and other four dimensions,and the highest on the dimension of paranoia.The middle children had the highest score of interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,fear and other four factors,and the lowest score of paranoia factor.The scores of the middle and long children were significantly higher than that of the only children.Conclusion:the mental health status of college freshmen in different birth order is different,so the family and school should carry out psychological intervention and guidance according to the mental difference of different groups of college students.
