摘要
目的了解大学新生心理健康状况,为有效开展心理健康教育和心理咨询以及治疗提供参考依据。方法采用大学生人格问卷(UPI)对某高校2007级2075名新生进行调查,根据以往两年的数据进行纵向比较分析。结果2007级新生中22.6%的人可能有较严重的心理问题;最近3年第一类型的检出率逐年上升;其中独生子女的心理健康状况总体上优于非独生子女,贫困生的心理健康状况要低于非贫困生。结论近3年来可能存在不同程度心理问题的学生有增多的趋势,这提示我们应加强并持续进行心理健康教育与咨询活动。
Objective To explore the mental health conditions of freshmen, and provide evidence to mental health education and psychological consultation and therapy for freshmen. Methods UPI is adopted to investigate 2075 freshmen in a college, and to compare with data obtained in the last two years. Results 22.6%o of freshmen in the investigation are likely to have serious mental health problems. And the detection ratio of the first grade has been increasingly rising in recent years. It showed that the mental health conditions of the only child were better than those of the non-only-child, and students from poor family were worse than those from rich family. Conclusion For three years, the number of students who have mental health problems more or less has increased, which is a hint that mental health education and consolation have to be continuously enhanced.
