摘要
肺纤维化是一种慢性进行性间质性肺部疾病,主要表现为大量成纤维细胞、肌成纤维细胞集聚,细胞外基质沉积.近年来,研究表明转化生长因子β1/Smad3通路在肺纤维化中有重要作用.microRNA-29是一种非编码单链小分子 RNA,同时是 Smad3下游靶基因,可调控转化生长因子β1信号通路.本文就microRNA-29在肺纤维化发生进程中的作用作一综述,为治疗肺纤维化找到新方向.
Pulmonary fibrosis is a chronic,progressive and interstitial lung disease.The main manifestations are the accumulation of fibroblasts,myofibroblasts and the deposition of extracellular matrix.Recent studies have shown that transforming growth factor-β1/Smad3 pathway plays an important role in pulmonary fibrosis.MicroRNA-29 is a non-coding single-stranded small molecule RNA and also a downstream target gene of Smad3,which regulates transforming growth factor-β1signaling pathway.This paper reviews the role of microRNA-29 in the process of pulmonary fibrosis and provides a new direction for the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis.
