摘要 MicroRNA是一类进化上高度保守的单链小分子RNA,参与调控机体生长、发育、代谢以及疾病的发生。最近研究表明,一部分MicroRNA在过敏性炎症特别是支气管哮喘的发病过程中起重要作用。研究microRNA-21在哮喘发病中的调节机制,可帮助寻找安全、高效、特异的治疗方法。该文就miR—NA-21与支气管哮喘发病机制相关作用予以综述。 MicroRNAs are a class of small, single-stranded, highly conserved RNAs , which contributes to the regulation of growth, development, metabolism and disease. Recent studies have shown that a few microR- NAs play a vital role in allergic inflammation with special focus on bronchial asthma. To investigate the regula- tion mechanism of microRNA-21 in the pathogenesis of asthma can help to fred a safe, effective and specific therapy. In this paper,the role of miRNA-21 in the pathogenesis of asthma is reviewed.
