miR-204在细胞增殖分化中的作用及其机制研究进展

摘要 MicroRNAs(miRNAs)是一类内源性的、长度约为20~25个核苷酸的非编码单链小RNA分子,它能与mRNA的3’端非编码区(3’UTR)靶向结合,从而在转录或翻译水平上调控靶基因的表达。miR-204作为miRNAs的重要一员,参与细胞的生长发育、增殖、分化及凋亡等多个生物学过程。本文主要论述了miR-204在细胞增殖与分化过程中的作用及调控机制。 MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are a type of endogenous non-coding and single-stranded RNA molecules consisting of 20-25 nucleotides.It target to the 3'UTR of the mRNA and regulate the expression of the target gene at the transcriptional or translational level.As an important member of miRNAs,miR-204 participated in many biological processes,such as cell growth,proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis.This article mainly discussed the role of miR-204 in cell proliferation and differentiation and its regulatory mechanism.
