MicroRNA-124、TCF4在神经精神疾病发病机制中的研究进展

摘要 MicroRNAs是一种长度约为22~25 nt的内源性非编码单链保守小分子RNA。通过与靶基因的3’UTR区互补配对,对其靶mRNA进行切割或翻译抑制进而实现功能。miRNA-124(miR-124)作为在中枢神经系统中高度表达的miRNA,成为人们关注的热点。作为精神分裂症易感基因之一的转录因子4(TCF4)是碱性/螺旋-环-螺旋转录因子家族中的一员,参与细胞分化、存活和神经发育。最近的研究显示,miR-124、TCF4与神经精神疾病的发病密切相关,但其具体的调控机制尚不明确。本文就miR-124、TCF4在神经精神疾病发病机制中的研究进行综述。 MicroRNAs is a 22 to 25 length endogenous non-coding single-stranded conservative small-molecule RNA.It implemented its function by complementary pairing with the 3'UTR region of the target gene and cleaved or translation inhibited the target mRNA.miRNA-124(miR-124)as a highly expressed in the central nervous system miRNA has become a main concern among society.Transcription factor 4(TCF4),one of the genes susceptible to schizophrenia,is a member of the basic/helix-loop-helix transcription factor family and is involved in cell differentiation,survival and neuro-development.Recent studies showed that miR-124 and TCF4 were closely related to the incidence of neuropsychiactric diseases,but the specific regulatory mechanism was not clear yet.This article reviewed the research progress of miR-124 and TCF4 in the pathogenesis of neuropsychiatric diseases.
