摘要
为了减排印染废水的COD_(Cr),利用混凝剂和活性炭深度循环处理的工艺技术方案开展印染废水提标的小试研究。在工艺前端对污水进行混凝初步处理,后续进行活性炭吸附深度处理,并将沉淀进行循环利用。结果表明,使用PAC作为絮凝剂,用量为1000 mg/L,粉末状活性炭作为吸附剂,用量为0.6 g/L,在pH值为8~9的条件下,吸附40min,循环处理结果达到要求。
In order to improve the CODCrof printing and dyeing waste water,this article carry out a series of researches on the treatment of printing and dyeing waste water by using coagulation and activated carbon to make further treatment. At the beginning of the process,the waste water is treated by coagulation,followed by the activated carbon adsorption,and recycle the sediment. In result,the pulverous activated carbon was chosen as sorbent and the dosage was 1000 mg/L. The PAC was chosen as coagulation and the dosage was 0. 6 g/L. Under the conditions of 40 min of adsorb time and of the pH was 8 - 9,circular process was suitable for treating printing and dyeing waste water,and the final effect reach the national discharge standard.
