摘要
采用7301-正辛醇-H2SO4-NaOH化学萃取-反萃取体系对CLT酸废水进行了络合萃取处理试验。静态杯皿试验表明,通过萃取处理,CLT酸废水的COD去除率达93.5%,反萃取效率100%,废水中的回收物浓缩8-10倍,且萃取剂可再生回用。
Complex extraction treatment of wastewater containing 2-amino-4-methyl-5-chlorobenzene sulfonic acid (CLT - acid) was studied using 7301 - 1 - octanol - H2SO4 - NaOH as extraction - back extraction system.The removal rate of COD in CLT - acid waste liquor is 93.5% and the back - extraction efficiency is 100% . The extracted organics is concentrated 8 to 10 times and the extractant can be reused after regeneration.
