摘要
CDIO教育理念是国际工程教育改革的最新成果,并被成功运用到了其他各专业的人才培养过程当中。基于此教育理念,首先设定了国际经济与贸易专业人才培养目标,在此基础上,利用层次分析法构架了国贸专业人才素质体系,并对国贸专业人才培养体系的优化提出建议与对策。
CDIO concept is a new achievement of international engineering education reform,which is successfully applied in other majors＇ talents training. Based on this concept,this paper defines the object of talents training for international economics and trade major,constructs the talent quality system by using AHP and gives suggestions on the optimization of talents training system in international economics and trade major.
