摘要 针对气门导管精磨上料机在上料过程中所需劳动强度大、上料效率低等缺点,开发一台自动上料机,利用PLC控制系统对上料过程进行自动控制,实现连续循环上料,以提高上料效率,并且可通过触摸屏设定不同的提升和上料速度,来满足不同的上料时间要求。根据现场调试以及客户反馈,PLC控制系统硬件抗干扰能力强、维护简单且可靠性提高。整个系统对实现上料过程的自动化控制、对提高上料效率及物料质量有着重大意义。 The valve guide grinding feeding machine for large labor intensity,the feeding efficiency is low in the materials,the development of an automatic feeding machine,using PLC control system for automatic control of the feeding process,to achieve continuous cycle of feeding material,in order to improve the efficiency,and can be set by the touch screen different lifting and feeding speed,to meet the different requirements of the feeding time. According to the site commissioning and customer use,PLC control system hardware anti-interference ability,maintenance is simple,reliability improvement. The whole system is of great significance to realize the automatic control of the feeding process,to improve the efficiency and material quality.
