摘要
为了解决传统控制方法存在的控制精度低的问题,提出小型造纸机续排料自动化控制方法。分析造纸机的机械结构和运行原理,在此基础上计算续料与排料量。安装自动控制器,并从物料和重量两个方面检测造纸机续排料状态,利用自动控制器保证徐排料容器中的质量为续料与排料量的计算结果,并分别从续排料速度、负荷分配等方面实现对小型造纸机续排料工作的自动化控制。将设计的自动化控制方法应用到实际的续排料工作中,通过与传统控制结果的对比发现设计方法的质量控制误差降低了0.82 g,即控制精度有所提升。
In order to solve the problem of low control precision existing in traditional control method, an automatic control method for continuous discharging of small paper machine is proposed. The mechanical structure and operation principle of paper making machine are analyzed, on this basis, feeding and discharging quantity are calculated. The automatic controller is installed, and the state of the continuous discharging of the paper machine is detected from two aspects of material and weight. The automatic controller is used to ensure that the quality in the container is the calculation result of the continuous discharging and the quantity of the discharge. The automatic control of the continuous discharging of the small paper machine is realized from the aspects of the continuous discharging speed and load distribution. The design of automatic control method is applied to the actual continuous discharging work, and the quality control error of the design method is reduced by 0.82 g by comparing with the traditional control results, that is, the control accuracy is improved.
