多孔镗床自动控制系统设计

摘要 传统的多孔镗床操作过程复杂,自动化程度低,对操作人员的技能要求较高,生产效率低。为此,设计了多孔镗床自动控制系统,通过PLC编写加工程序,利用中断程序实现速度变化的快速响应,由伺服电机和交流电机作为执行机构执行动作,采用触摸屏来设置参数、下达指令,通过设定不同参数可自动加工不同规格的减速箱。设备运行表明:该系统减轻了工人的劳动强度,在保证产品质量的同时极大地提高了生产效率。 The operation process of traditional boring machine is complex,which also has low degree of automation,higher requirements for operating personnel,and low production efficiency.So a boring machine control system was designed,the processing program was written by use of PLC,including manual adjustment and automatic processing,the fast interrupt procedure was used to achieve speed variation,servo motor and AC motor were taken as actuators to perform the actions,touch screen was used as human machine interface to achieve automatic processing for different gearboxes by setting different parameters.Equipment operation shows that the system can reduce the labor intensity,ensure product quality,and improved production efficiency.
