摘要 lncRNA(longnon-codingRNA)是长度大于200个核苷酸的非编码RNA,其能与DNA、RNA和蛋白质相互作用发挥多种生物学功能,包括参与表观遗传调控、细胞周期调控、细胞分化调控和免疫应答等。越来越多的研究表明,lncRNA的表达失调与自身免疫性疾病的发生息息相关。lncRNA作用机制复杂多变、特异性强的特点为其深入研究带来了很多阻碍,目前绝大部分lncRNA的功能和机制仍不明确。已有的研究表明lncRNA的亚细胞定位不同往往涉及不同的作用机制,了解其亚细胞定位与作用机制之间的关联,将推动LncRNA在多种疾病包括自身免疫性疾病中的深入研究。 Long non-coding RNAs(LncRNAs) are a kind of non-coding RNAs which are greater than 200 nucleotides in length and can regulate diverse cell activities and physiological events of organisms like epi- genetic regulation, cell cycle, cell differentiation and immune responses by combining with DNA, RNA and pro- tein. Increasing evidences indicated that autoimmune diseases were frequently accompanied with dysregulation of lneRNAs. However, the mechanism of most lneRNAs is not well characterized due to its flexibility, complexity, and specificity which hinders further researches. LncRNA in different subcellular location usually harbors dis- tinct mechanism of action according to previous studies. Grasping the association between its Subcellular locali- zation and mechanism can promote the further research in diverse diseases including autoimmune diseases.
