摘要
英国2015年再次修订了法律本科《学科基准声明》。本文介绍了《学科基准声明》在QAA框架体系中的地位、作用,以及法律本科《学科基准声明》对英国法学教育预期的导向作用。本文不仅介绍了2015年法律本科《学科基准声明》的修订背景和修订说明,还介绍了其文本概况与新增基准内容。对照前《学科基准声明》,新《学科基准声明》强调学生的心理素质、自我管理、学术诚信、职业伦理和处理文本、数字、统计的就业能力,并采取与之相适应的新型学习、教学和评估考核模式。《学科基准声明》从修订方式、新增基准及保障措施,对我国法学教育有重要启示。
In 2015, the UK revised Subject Benchmark Statement (Law Major). The article introduces this statement' s status in QAA and the difference from the previous statement. This statement focuses on a law student' s skills, qualities of mind, self-management, and academic integrity, the ability to work with a range of date including (textual, numerical and statistical), and ethics. Therefore, this statement has new benchmark standards and learning, teaching and assessment. It' s enlightenments of this statement to Chinese legal education as followings:the making of legal education rules should have the coherence and unity; strengthen the awareness of in respect of ethics;enhancing the ability to work with a range of date including textual, numerical and statistical; learning, teaching and assessment should be more flexible and diversity.
