摘要
英国是法律职业的起源地,法律职业伦理随着法律职业的发展而发展。然而,英国高校长期未曾涉足法律职业伦理教育领域。自20世纪末,英国就高校是否应当开展法律职业伦理教育展开探讨。21世纪以来,英国逐渐重视在高校开展法律职业伦理教育,通过《学科基准声明》等文件规定了法律职业伦理教育,诸多高校开设了法律职业伦理课程,重视对学生的价值观培育。我国已将法律职业伦理列入法学必修课程,该课程的推进应符合我国法律职业和法律伦理发展状况,并注重理论研究和对德法兼修的法治人才的培养。
The UK is the origination place of the legal profession,and the legal ethics develops with the development of the legal profession.However,British universities have not set foot in the field of legal professional ethics education for a long time.Since the end of the 20th century,the UK has been discussing whether universities should strengthen legal ethics education.Since the 21st century,the UK has gradually paid attention to the education of legal ethics,and emphasized legal professional ethics education through documents,such as the Subject Benchmark Statements.Some universities have developed legal professional ethics courses which emphasize the cultivation of students’values.The development of legal ethics education in British universities is deeply influenced by the United States and other countries.But,it also shows the independence and conservatism.There are similarities in the development of legal ethics education in China.Legal ethics has been listed as a compulsory course of legal education.The advancement of this course should conform to the development of Chinese legal profession and the ethical dilemma,and focus on theoretical research and the cultivation of legal talents with a combination of law and morality.
