摘要
烟台套子湾污水处理厂一期工程的二级处理设计规模为20×10~4m^3/d,分别采用AO池型的MBBR工艺(原一期4×10~4m^3/d)及改良AAO工艺(一期扩建的16×10~4m^3/d),目前总出水水质完全达到一级B标准。若将出水标准提高到一级A,不额外征地,需要采取的改造措施有:原一期MBBR池填料更换为比表面积更大的填料,进而增加生物量,缺氧池(A池)补充碳源,O池增加曝气量;一期扩建的AAO池提高污泥浓度、增加鼓风机台数,缺氧池补充碳源,低温时将厌氧池改为缺氧池运行。两部分的二级处理水统一进到高效沉淀池、纤维滤池、紫外消毒等深度处理部分,当出水中溶解性COD较高时在高效沉淀池之前投加适量的粉末活性炭进行吸附。目前该项目正在实施过程中,可为类似污水处理厂升级改造提供设计参考。
The first phase of Yantai Taoziwan WWTP has a design scale of 20 × 104 m3/d, including 4 × 104 m3/d of AO-MBBR process and 16 × 104 m3/d of modified AAO process. Currently, the elfluent can fully meet the first-level B standard. In order to upgrade the project to meet first-level A standard without additional occupation land, the original fillers was replaced by fillers with larger surface area in MBBR to increase biomass, carbon source was added to anoxic tank, aeration rate was increased in aeration tank. Besides, the sludge concentration and number of blowers were increased, carbon source was added to anoxic tank, and the anaerobic tank worked as anoxic tank at low temperature in AAO process. Then both the two-stage effluents enter the high-efficient sedimentation tank, fiber filter and ultraviolet disinfection. When effluent COD is relatively high, appropriate amount of powdered activated carbon was added for adsorption and removal before the high-efficiency sedimentation tank. At present, the project is being implemented and can achieve the desired results, thus it can provide experience of upgrade projects for similar WWTPs.
