Application of MBBR and Five-stage A^2/O in the Upgrading and Reconstruction of Urban Wastewater Treatment

摘要 呼和浩特某污水处理厂总设计规模为20×10~4m^3/d,分三期建设。已建一期工程设计规模为10×10~4m^3/d、二期工程设计规模为5×10~4m^3/d,生物处理采用A/O除磷工艺,出水水质执行《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)二级排放标准。本期提标扩建工程将出水水质提升至《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准,总规模为20×10~4m^3/d,包括改建、扩建两部分,改建工程规模为15×10~4m^3/d,将原A/O池改建为改良A^2/O+移动床生物膜(MBBR)构筑物,扩建工程规模为5×10~4m^3/d,采用改良A^2/O(五段)工艺,并新建20×10~4m^3/d深度处理段(采用高效沉淀池、微滤机工艺)。实际运行结果表明,出水水质全部达到一级A标准。 Abstract: The design capacity of a wastewater treatment plant in Hohhot is 20 × 10-4 m3/d. The construction process was divided into three phases, and two phases have been finished. The design ca- pacity of the first and second phase projects is respectively 10 × 10-4 m3/d and 5 × 10-4 m3/d. The A/O for phosphorus removal was adopted in the biological treatment process; The effluent quality was required to meet the secondary level standard in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978 - 1996). The requirement of effluent quality of the upgrading standard in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for and expansion project is enhanced to the first level A Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 - 2002), and the design capactiy is 20 × 10-4 m3/d. This project included reconstruction and expansion, the reconstruction project treatment capacity is 15 × 10-4 ma/d, original A/O tank was modified into A2/O + moving bed biofilm reactor (MBBR) ; The expansion project treatment capacity is 5 × 10-4 m3/d, and modified A2/O (five-stage) was adopted. Furthermore, the advanced treatment stage (efficient sedimen- tation tank and microfihration machine) with capacity of 20 × 10-4 m3/d was built in the project. Actual operation results showed that effluent aualitv reached the first level A standard.
