甲磺胺制药废水废气处理工艺研究及设计

Research and Design of Methyl-sulfamoylbenzoate Pharmaceutical Wastewater and Waste Gas Treatment Process

摘要 甲磺胺制药废水属于高含盐、难降解有机废水,具有成分复杂、水质波动大、可生化性差、有生物毒性等特点。采用超强絮凝沉淀/三效蒸发/水解酸化/接触氧化/炭滤塔组合工艺处理该类废水,运行结果表明,该工艺运行稳定且出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级标准。废气通过喷淋系统洗涤后,洗涤废水回到废水处理系统中,洗涤后尾气则通过吸附塔达到《大气污染物综合排放标准》(GB 16297—1996)后高空排放。 The pharmaceutical wastewater from methyl-sulfamoylbenzoate production is a kind of refractory organic wastewater characterized by high salinity, complicated pollutants composition, drastic water quality fluctuation, poor biodegradability and biological toxicity. The combined process of enhanced flocculation, three-effect evaporator, hydrolysis acidification, contact oxidation and carbon filter was used to treat the wastewater. The results showed that the performance of the combined treatment process was stable and reliable, and the effluent quality could steadily meet the requirements of the first level criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standards ( GB 8978 - 1996). After treatment by the spray tower and adsorption wastewater returned to the meet the standard specified tower, the exhaust gas was discharged combined treatment process for further at high altitude. While the washing purification. The exhaust gas could in Integrated Emission Standard of Air Pollutants ( GB 16297 - 1996)
