摘要
含铜含铁酸性废水是常见的铜矿山废水,针对废水性质提出了铁粉置换一生物氧化一氧化液生产聚铁的工艺路线,同时实现了废水治理和有价金属回收的目的。铁粉置换铜去除率能达到99.8%以上;置换后液在接种比10%、温度40℃、pH=1.6、转速180r/rain条件下,能够在7.17d条件下完成氧化,氧化速度为6.97g/(L·d);氧化后液控制pH1.0-1.3并蒸至黏稠,加热烘干脱水得到固相聚合硫酸铁,品质达到聚铁国家Ⅱ类标准。
It was common to find the acid wastewater of copper mine which contained copper and iron ion. Based on the property of acid wastewater, the process route of iron powder replacement, hi- oxidation and oxide liquid producing poly iron was introduced, at the same time it could realize the wastewater treatment and recycle of valuable metals. The removal rate of copper ion could reach 99.8% by iron powder replacement. The bio-oxidation can be finished in 7.17 days under the condition of 10% inoculation rate, 40℃, pH=1.6 and at the speed of 180 r/min. The oxidation rate is 6.97 g/(L·d) The pH of oxidized solution was maintained in the range of 1.0-1.3, and steamed to thick body, then the solution was dried by heating to get solid polymeric ferric sulfate. The quality of the product can reach national class Ⅱ standard of poly iron.
