摘要
现代信息技术的发展和使用在提高员工工作效率和企业竞争力的同时,也使员工产生了心理、生理和行为的不良反应,影响工作结果。本研究以陕西省企、事业单位员工为研究对象,收集有效样本495份,探讨了信息技术压力源与员工离职意愿的权变关系及作用机制。研究结果表明:信息技术入侵、信息技术过载、信息技术的复杂性和信息技术的不确定性可以显著正向预测员工离职意愿;信息技术支持显著负向调节信息技术复杂性和信息技术不确定性与离职意愿的关系,信息技术鼓励显著负向调节信息技术入侵和信息技术过载与离职意愿的关系;信息技术支持和信息技术鼓励的调节效应通过工作压力的中介作用实现。
The research presented in this article aims to identify information technology- stressors that how influence to turnover intention of employees. We provide a detailed analysis of the influence of information technology- stressors on turnover intention of employees. The results of an empirical study with 495 employees in Chinese enterprises show that techno-invasion, techno-overload, techno-complexity and techno-uncertainty can significantly predict employees' turnover intention. Another result shows that information techno-support significantly decreased the effect of techno- complexity and techno-uncertainty on turnover intention and information techno-encouragement significantly decreased the effect of techno-invasion and techno-overload on turnover intention. Our research also reveal that the moderating effect of information techno-support and information techno-encouragement realized partially through the mediating effect of job stress. This study demonstrates that that the existence of information techno-support and information techno-encouragement is crucial in weakening turnover intention of employees in Chinese enterprises.
